I’m a believer that adventures make good stories and good stories inspire adventure. I’m happy to work on both sides of the equation, as both an adventurer and storyteller.

As a Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance Level 3 ski professional, backcountry explorer, rookie rock climber, equipment junkie, and data geek, I am always on the go, either inquisitively travelling around the peaks and valleys of British Columbia and international destinations myself or learning about someone else’s journey as an athlete, entrepreneur, or educator.

My own ideas and experiences, as well as those of experts I've interviewed, have made it to the print and digital pages of The Vancouver Sun and other Postmedia publications, as well as Mountain Equipment Co-op's blog.

My writing interests are diverse, although I particularly enjoy covering stories about business, new products, and travel.
